Sponsor driven vouchers are for the Government, Donors and NGOs to provide public subsidies directly to individuals and groups and have direct visibility and transparency to the governance of the subsidy.
Vouchers can also be set up to shop at various merchants. They can be used in full or partially and can also be transferred to another party/individual.
Corporate driven vouchers are for companies providing benefits or subsidies to their staff, a selected group or individual. The company will control the funding and criteria for eligibility of the recipients of their voucher program. They will also have direct visibility and transparency to the governance of the subsidy.
Participants include businesses selling designated products, gas stations, health institutions and educational institutions.
