You can file a complaint with the Kola Digital Finance by calling our call center at +231 (0) 881-10-5652 or +231 (0)770-77-5652 or completing the attached complaint form and submitting it, along with supporting documentation, through our web portal. If you do not want to submit your complaint via the portal, you may print a copy of the complaint form and deliver it to our head office or email it to kolakare@kolafinancial.com.
The more information that you can provide, the more likely we will be able to promptly decide how we can help. It is very important that you provide us with the names, addresses, telephone numbers, and other identifying information concerning any person that you mention in your complaint. It is equally important for you to provide us with the details of the conduct you believe violates the laws of Liberia. You should present the events in the order in which they occurred and use dates whenever possible.
After a complete complaint is received, it will be assigned to management who will be in contact with you to gather additional information if necessary and conduct the investigation. You should be aware that depending on the severity of the complaint it may be escalated. Please note that all investigations are conducted on a confidential basis.
